Welcome to the 2023 - 24 SPYHA Registration Session with Sun Prairie Youth Hockey Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, electronically sign consents and submit registration payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from SPYHA will appear on your account.

You will also be entering health insurance information, so have your insurance and doctor information available.

Dear SPYHA Families,
Welcome back to hockey season! I’m excited to seeing lots of familiar faces and meeting new ones at the rink this year.

As a SPYHA alum, I look back on all the things I learned through youth hockey. Making lifelong friends, developing hockey skills, learning how to be a good teammate, having fun, becoming a better human and more. I will do my best to lead our organization and allow all our players the same opportunities.

I look forward to working closely with our Board of Directors and committee members this year. All of these volunteers put in a lot of time and energy into our organization and are a key to its success. We are preparing for the upcoming season and will get information posted on our website and newsletters sent out soon.

Volunteering plays a major role to allow our organization to run smoothly. We need all members to register for DIBS. Here’s instructions on registering for DIBS. Buyout amounts have increased with the goal of encouraging more people to claim DIBS sessions and allow us to staff the concession stand if shifts are not claimed.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-24 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
