Sun Prairie Youth Hockey

Please use the following form to activate your Volunteer Account for the 2023-24 season with Sun Prairie Youth Hockey Association.  For instructions on Dibs registration, please use this guide (right-click and select Open in new tab to stay on this page).

Only one registration per household please!

Make sure you are logged into SportsEngine with your parent or guardian account, but on the next page please select your OLDEST PLAYER as the person you are registering.

PLEASE NOTE: while completing this registration, choose the player in your family whose team level requires the highest number of hours to complete. If you have more than one child at that level, you need only register ONE per family. Do not register multiple people in your family; this forces the Volunteer Committee to investigate which overall master account your hours should be credited to. In the past, many families experienced frustration with their hours not being credited due to multiple users being registered in the system. Be assured that we continue to monitor all volunteer activities manually and will do our best to credit your volunteer hours during the season in a timely manner. Keep in mind that the Volunteer Committee members are also VOLUNTEERS themselves and your hours may not be credited for a week or two.

Volunteer Requirements
Volunteer Requirements are per family and based on the highest level of hockey in the family.

*SPYHA families may buy out of the required volunteer credits at a rate of $20/hour, due within 30 days of the start of the season or session participating in.  More information can be found on the website in the Volunteering tab.

**Miscellaneous volunteer hours are obtained through fulfilling DIBS items (including concession stand work, rink maintenance, etc.), as well as other SPYHA duties, including committee participation, SPYHA Board of Directors, coaching, equipment room management, team representative, etc.
