Welcome to the Bantam U14 Sun Prairie Groundhog Games Registration!

Bantam A & B - January 23-25, 2026

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from SPYHA.

Please be sure to register your team for the correct level and date of tournaments. Please see the Tournaments page on our website (www.spyha.com) for all rules and additional information about our youth hockey tournaments. All tournament games are held at the Sun Prairie Ice Arena at 838 Grove St. in Sun Prairie. Thank you for choosing Sun Prairie Youth Hockey tournaments this year! We hope your team has a successful and fun tournament experience with us.

CANCELLATIONS
Tournament refunds will only be given with a minimum 30 day notice of withdrawal sent to the Tournament Director(s) and only if the vacated spot can be filled.  In the event appropriate notice is provided and a substitute team has registered, the SportsEngine processing fee and a $50 service charge will not be refunded.  Withdrawals within 30 days of the tournament are not eligible for a refund.

TOURNAMENT TEAM GUIDELINES

• A Level Tournaments - 1A/2A Teams, stronger 3A Teams
• B Level Tournaments - 1B/2B Teams, Weaker 3A/4A Teams
• IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OUT-OF-STATE TEAMS: PLEASE contact the tournament directors (tournaments@spyha.com) PRIOR to registration to ensure you are registering for the correct level tournament.
